Wild lettuce POWDERED extract can be consumed by itself or dissolved in your favorite beverage. Start with a small teaspoon, or 1 gram, for a basic dose. Dosage may be adjusted to suit tolerance. Do not boil. If dissolved in a beverage, after drinking, swish some water around in the glass and drink, to get any that might have stuck to the sides.

Wild Lettuce Resin, also known as Lettuce Opium, is the dried juice of wild lettuce. Dried and purified, it makes a fine natural sleep remedy and calmante.
