Shipping and Return Policy and Refunds

Shipping for all packages will be 3.50 Euros, approx. 5 USD.

FREE SHIPPING for orders 40 USD above.

Shipping time:

Europe: 4 – 6 workingdays (shipped from Germany)

USA : 4 – 6  working days  (shipped within USA)
Lactuca virosa products can take up to 10 days to USA, as this product is also shipped from Germany only.

All products are clearly labeled not for human consumption and therefor we recognize no shipping restrictions. You buy it, we ship it.

We will do our best to ensure that you get your package. Do not hesitate to contact customer service if you need a tracking number or feel that there may be a problem with your shipment. It is our sincere wish that every customer receive their package and are pleased with our customer service.

We are not responsible for any package lost due to postal error, customs complications, or failure of the postal recipient to provide a proper address or follow proper postal procedures. 

Rush shipping is available, but will be handled on a case to case basis due to price. Rush shipping to anywhere outside of Europe starts around 52.00 Euro, approx. 75 UDS.

All returns will be reshipped upon request. Reshipped items will be charged standard postal rates.

Refunds will be granted upon request if the package is returned due to postal error. Shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund.

Please note, in the rare event that extra shipping charges are needed to ship to your package, you will be notified by email. It is our policy to charge all packages 3.50 Euros for shipping.
