Our Refund and Return Policy
We are flexible on refunds but it is our sole discretion as to whether we grant a refund. The customer must pay for shipping on an agreed upon refund. If a shipment is refused by the recipient and returned unopened having never been delivered and in good condition, we will issue a full product refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.


The United States Postal Service (USPS) has increased postage costs for both domestic and international mail as of January 4, 2010. We offer you the lowest possible shipping prices available. We provide shipping by both USPS Priority Mail and Federal Express (FedEx). Costs are calculated based on several factors, including weight, distance, and service type. Costs can be estimated by using the “Estimate Shipping” button in your Shopping Cart, and will also be available upon checkout. Most orders are shipped the same or next day day following receipt of order and payment.

Customs Duties and Taxes on International Orders
Duties and taxes are set by your country’s customs service and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Supplement Spot neither collects these fees, nor quotes their actual costs. You are to pay import fees, duties and taxes, if any, to the responsible party.

Refund Policy on Orders Seized by Customs
If your package (order) is seized by customs and not returned to us, we will not issue a refund. If we receive a package back from customs, we will refund you the product cost less shipping, handling and insurance, provided the returned products are unopened, in their original packaging and in good condition.
